Tallulah Lanier

Christina “Tallulah” Lanier is a Senior Counsel at Wiggam Law. At Wiggam, Tallulah helps clients navigate international tax compliance and reporting matters, as well as IRS collection investigations and audits.

Tallulah joined the firm after spending almost four years at the United States Department of Justice, Tax Division, and almost a year in private tax controversy practice at a boutique firm. At the DOJ, Tallulah focused on tax collection actions and spearheaded the government’s efforts on several high-dollar, high-profile domestic and international tax issues.

After growing up in the Atlanta area, Tallulah received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in economics from the University of Texas at Dallas. She then received her Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law here in Atlanta, where she graduated with Honors and received the Dean’s Service Award for her contributions to pro bono and free legal clinic efforts at the school. At Emory, Tallulah served as an Executive Managing Editor of the Emory Law Journal and as an editor of the Journal of Law and Religion.

Tallulah is also working toward her LL.M. in Taxation from the Georgetown University Law Center, where she intends to receive the school’s International Tax certification. Outside of the office, Tallulah enjoys spending time with her husband (Sush) and their two rescue dogs (Anna and Bella). She and her husband spend their free time trying new international cuisines and exploring new places with their dogs.
