Associate Attorney
Hannah Boulger is an Associate Attorney at Wiggam Law in Atlanta, GA. Hannah represents individuals and businesses in various state and federal tax matters, including helping clients resolve and settle IRS tax debt, negotiate audit reconsiderations, and draft penalty waivers/abatements.
Hannah is a Georgia native. After moving to Colorado to complete her undergraduate degree, which focused on accounting and financial management, she moved back to her home state to attend law school at Georgia State University College of Law, graduating in May 2024. While in law school, Hannah worked as a student attorney for the Phillip C. Cook Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic for two years, where she was awarded a fellowship and the Trammell Foundation Tax Clinic Outstanding Service Award.
When not working, Hannah loves traveling, attending concerts, seeing new movies, and, most importantly, hanging out with her family, friends, and dog Tuna!
