Case Coordinator (Paralegal)

The Case Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting clients and the firm by coordinating administrative  tasks related to case management and client satisfaction initiatives. The Case Coordinator will have direct  client interaction and support the attorneys as needed to ensure all cases are on track to achieve the best  possible outcome for the client.

Legal Assistant

The Legal Assistant works closely with the legal and administrative teams to handle daily  administrative tasks to facilitate legal work. The nature of this role requires strong communication  skills and the ability to prioritize tasks. Our client-focused environment requires a highly  productive individual who can take direction and execute tasks independently. The successful  candidate is highly organized and adaptable to the needs of our growing firm.

Law Clerk

The law clerk position assists the attorneys in handling a client’s case. This person will work closely with the Firm’s attorneys in connection with the Firm’s tax controversy practice on both the federal and state level. This person will also assist with daily administrative duties.

Associate Tax Attorney

The Associate Tax Attorney will handle all aspects of a client’s case. This person will work closely with the Firm’s senior attorneys in connection with the Firm’s tax controversy practice on both the federal and state levels. Cases could include matters related to examination, appeals, tax court litigation, voluntary disclosures, offshore asset compliance, innocent spouse, and collection alternatives (negotiating installment agreements, currently not collectible, offers in compromise, and bankruptcy).
