Lloyd Mohney is an Associate Attorney at Wiggam Law in Atlanta, Georgia. He enjoys providing clients with peace of mind as he helps them navigate the constantly evolving and complex tax code. Lloyd often helps clients respond to IRS audit letters and CP2000 notices, resolve and settle IRS tax debt, and obtain release of an IRS levy or IRS wage garnishment.
Lloyd was born in Chicago but has lived in Metro Atlanta for most of his life. Lloyd graduated from Georgia State University College of Law in December of 2020. During law school, he was awarded Pro Bono Honors, the Atlanta Bar Foundation’s Dean R. Morley Tax Clinic award for his work at the Phillip C. Cook Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic, and several fellowships. Prior to pursuing his law degree, Lloyd earned his B.S. in Biology with a minor in Writing from Spring Hill College.
Outside of the office, Lloyd enjoys traveling, watching sports, and playing golf, as well as spending time with his family, friends, and dog Zeus.

What was your least favorite childhood chore and why?
“I never liked blowing the leaves because we live in the woods and they’re back in the driveway the next day.”
