Professional Biography
I chose tax law because it combines my interests in business and entrepreneurship with a more structured area of law that also allows me to work directly with clients. I really enjoy building relationships with clients, providing value for their investment in our services, and giving them peace of mind by helping them navigate difficult tax situations.
Noah Kroeger is an attorney based in Atlanta, Georgia, with a practice focused on tax controversy and related business matters. Before joining Wiggam Law, he earned his J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law in 2026, where he developed an interest in taxation, entrepreneurship, startup law, and emerging businesses.
Noah graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communications, with a focus in communications. His interest in pursuing a legal career began during his freshman year, when he took Professor Jay Bender’s First Amendment law course. The course sparked his interest in the law and ultimately led him to pursue a J.D. at Georgia State University College of Law.
During law school, Noah served as a research assistant for Professor Alvaro Pereira, where he gained research experience related to startups and venture capital on the international stage. He also gained practical experience through the Community Development and Entrepreneurship Clinic at Georgia State, supervised by Professors Julian Hill and Susan Chase, where he assisted businesses with formation matters and evaluated avenues for litigation in various matters. Noah also worked with Judge Kimberly Anderson at DeKalb County State Court in 2024 and with Immigration Attorney Edivette Lopez-Benn in 2022.
Before entering the legal field, Noah worked in various industries, including advertising, content production, and hospitality, where he honed his guest service skills and developed an ability to communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds. These experiences inform his client-centered approach to legal practice and his commitment to understanding each client's individual circumstances and objectives.
Noah looks forward to working with clients to navigate their tax needs and helping them identify practical solutions to their tax controversies and business-related legal matters.
