Noah Kroeger
Noah Kroeger is an Attorney at Wiggam Law in Atlanta, Georgia. He focuses his practice on tax controversy and related business matters and enjoys helping clients navigate complex tax issues and find practical solutions to their tax needs. Noah works with clients on a variety of tax matters, including IRS audits, tax controversies, and disputes involving federal tax liabilities.
Noah was born and raised in the Metro Atlanta area. He graduated from Georgia State University College of Law in 2026. During law school, he served as a research assistant to Professor Alvaro Pereira, conducting research on startups and venture capital on the international stage. He also gained practical experience through Georgia State’s Community Development and Entrepreneurship Clinic, where he assisted businesses with formation matters and evaluated potential avenues for litigation. Prior to law school, Noah earned his B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of South Carolina in 2018. His interest in pursuing a legal career began during his freshman year, when he took Professor Jay Bender’s First Amendment law course.
Before entering the legal field, Noah worked in advertising, content production, and hospitality. These experiences helped him develop strong communication and client-service skills that he brings to his legal practice.
Outside of the office, Noah enjoys boxing, attending Atlanta Braves games, and playing piano. He looks forward to working with clients to address their tax needs and help them navigate their tax matters with confidence.
