Kaila Thompson
Kaila Thompson is Executive Assistant to Jason Wiggam, founding partner at Wiggam Law, where she works closely with him to manage his day-to-day priorities, communications, relationships, and commitments both inside and outside the firm.

Kaila joined Wiggam Law in 2019, when the firm was a fraction of its current size, and has had a front-row seat to its growth over the years. As her role has evolved, she has become a trusted resource for both colleagues and professional contacts who rely on her to keep things organized, connected, and moving forward. Much of Kaila’s work happens behind the scenes, and her strength lies in keeping track of the details, anticipating what needs to happen next, and creating order among the many competing priorities that come with a busy practice and growing firm.

Kaila earned her bachelor’s degree from Augusta University. She lives in Augusta with her husband and their two sons. These days, most of her time outside the office is happily centered around life with her boys. When she finds a little time to herself, she enjoys reading and listening to audiobooks, going for walks, and staying connected with close friends.
