Wiggam Law Adds Two Associate Attorneys and Paralegal Manager to Growing Team

Additions strengthen firm’s legal expertise and operational leadership during milestone year

ATLANTA (April 16, 2026) – Wiggam Law continues its strategic growth during its 10th anniversary year with the addition of three new team members, including two associate attorneys and a paralegal manager. The firm welcomes Elijah McKinley and Nina Palamaris as associate attorneys, along with Calina Greenwood as paralegal manager.

“As we enter our second decade, bringing on talented professionals like Elijah, Nina and Calina is key to continuing the high level of service our clients expect,” said Jason Wiggam, founding partner of Wiggam Law. “Each of them adds depth to our legal and operational capabilities, and their dedication to client service aligns with our people-centered approach.”

Elijah McKinley joins the firm as an associate attorney, bringing more than a decade of legal experience spanning tax representation, business law and litigation. His background includes founding his own private practice, where he advised clients on complex legal and financial matters, as well as serving as a judicial law clerk in Philadelphia’s Major Crimes Division – experience that sharpened his courtroom perspective and strategic approach to advocacy.

With a foundation in psychology and early experience in financial services and real estate operations, McKinley brings a well-rounded, business-informed perspective to his work. At Wiggam Law, he focuses on tax controversy and resolution matters, representing individuals and businesses in disputes with the IRS and state taxing authorities.

Nina Palamaris also joins as an associate attorney, contributing her experience in legal analysis, client representation and case management. She represents individuals and businesses throughout a broad range of complex tax controversy matters, including state and federal collections, syndicated conservation easements, audits, innocent spouse relief, penalty abatements, and various appeals. Palamaris enjoys identifying and effectuating the best resolution possible for her clients.

Calina Greenwood has extensive experience in legal operations, team leadership and client support. She oversees the firm’s paralegal team, driving efficiency in case management processes and ensuring attorneys are supported by a high-performing, well-coordinated team.

Greenwood brings a decade of experience in the real estate industry and a strong background in real estate law, where she served as a senior paralegal and led multiple teams. Known for her attention to detail and process-driven approach, she plays a key role in enhancing workflow, strengthening internal collaboration and supporting a seamless client experience.

Founded in 2016, Wiggam Law has resolved thousands of IRS and state tax matters for individuals, entrepreneurs and businesses nationwide. As the firm builds on a decade of impact, it remains focused on expanding its team and enhancing the ways it serves clients throughout the Southeast and beyond.
