Every month, Wiggam Law donates $1,000.00 to a charitable organization selected by an employee of the firm. For February, Senior Case Coordinator Morgan Gotwald chose Bert’s Big Adventure.
Established in 2002 by Bert Weiss, host of the nationally syndicated morning radio show, “The Bert Show,” Bert’s Big Adventure is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides a magical, all-expenses-paid, five-day journey to Walt Disney World® for children with chronic and terminal illnesses and their families.
Following the annual trip, Bert’s Big Adventure provides year-round support through initiatives such as the Family Reunion Adventures, the Fairy Godparent volunteer program, and additional charitable services. The trip and programs create a community of families that establish lasting friendships with others facing similar challenges.

Every year, I get emotionally invested listening to the hosts speak about the Bert's Big Adventure trip and all they do to give back to these families. Jason is a founding partner of Wiggam Law in Atlanta, Georgia. His practice focuses on representing individuals, businesses, officers, directors, shareholders, and partners in matters concerning the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), the Georgia Department of Revenue, and other state tax departments. He has successfully represented clients in the IRS’s recent crackdowns on syndicated conservation easements and micro-captive insurance disputes.
