Carter brings more than 40 years of experience with the Internal Revenue Service, where she worked across taxpayer services, field collections and enforcement, including specialized work in offer-in-compromise units and complex collection cases. At Wiggam Law, she assists individuals and businesses facing tax controversies, helping clients navigate issues such as installment agreements, penalty abatements and offers in compromise. A native of Memphis, Tennessee, Carter holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal psychology from the University of Memphis and an MBA from Brenau University. Jason is a founding partner of Wiggam Law in Atlanta, Georgia.
