Tabitha Relota is an Enrolled Agent with more than sixteen years of experience in the legal tax field, and she is proud to be part of Wiggam Law Firm in Atlanta. She holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice and an M.S. in Organizational Leadership. In addition to her professional work, she serves as President of the Georgia Association of Enrolled Agents. She is also an associate member of the Georgia Society of CPAs and a member of the American Society of Tax Problem Solvers (ASTPS).

Her experience includes collections, audits, appeals, conservation easements, ERCS, and tax matters across state jurisdictions nationwide. The IRS original 2017 return was not accepted by the IRS and the taxpayer was unable to reach the original accountant to get returns or records. I prepared all missing returns including the 2017. The 2018 forward were accepted. The 2017 went under audit. The case resulted in the IRS accepting the 2017 return with no change.
