Sarahy Silva is an Enrolled Agent at Wiggam Law in Atlanta, Georgia. Sarahy takes pride in advocating for clients and helping them navigate complex tax-related matters before the IRS and state tax authorities nationwide. Sarahy often represents individuals and businesses in IRS tax debt resolution and audit representation.
Sarahy was born in Caracas, Venezuela, and has lived in the Metro Atlanta area for most of her life. Sarahy is currently a JD Candidate at Faulker University Thomas Goode Jones School of Law. Prior to beginning the pursuit of her law degree, Sarahy earned her B.S. in Psychology from Brigham Young University-Provo.
Prior to working at Wiggam Law, Sarahy began her tax career in 2016 by joining a local accounting firm where she specialized in complex individual and corporate income tax preparation and tax accounting. Sarahy narrowed her focus on tax law by obtaining her Enrolled Agent license in 2019 and handling IRS collection matters and audit representation.
Outside of the office, Sarahy enjoys being outdoors, attending Atlanta United matches, exploring different coffee shops while traveling, and spending time with loved ones.
