Holland King is a Senior Attorney with Wiggam Law. Holland represents businesses and individuals in federal and state tax controversies from audits to litigation with cases in the U.S. Tax Court. Holland’s practice includes audit representation, appeals, litigation, innocent/injured spouse relief, offers-in-compromise and other forms of IRS settlements, state and local issues, and tax credit consulting.
Holland earned his Juris Doctorate from Georgia State University in Atlanta, GA, where he served as the Legislative Editor for the Georgia State Law Review. He also earned his Master of Taxation from Georgia State University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He has published articles on taxation and law in the Journal of Multistate Taxation and Georgia State Law Review. Holland is admitted to practice in Georgia as a member of the Georgia Bar. He is also a member of the United States Tax Court and the federal courts of the Northern District of Georgia.
When he is not in the office, Holland enjoys hiking in the north Georgia mountains with his dog, exploring local restaurants, and lamenting Georgia Tech’s football team.
